The presentation contract
A Template declares its identity in a manifest and its presentation contract in template.json. It provides template.php, assets and optional JSON Layouts for content types. Declared Positions appear in Core tools. The Template consumes prepared content, menus and content regions.
Install and check a Template
Place files under the templates folder named after the declared code, then open Templates in the administration. The Core detects existing contracts and allows activation. Check version compatibility, Position maps, languages and Article and Category rendering before production use.
Two identified presentations
Nexum Default is bundled with the Core. Nexum Official is the new Template for this website, included in its package. No other commercial Template was provided for this catalogue.
